Biochem/physiol Actions
Primary glucocorticoid secreted by the adrenal cortex. It has three times the anti-inflammatory potency of corticosterone but much lower Na2+ retention potency.

Reconstitution
To prepare 50 µg/mL stock solution; add 1 mL absolute ethanol, gently swirl to dissolve, add 19 mL sterile medium while mixing.
